  • Yesung: Let me share with you how I kicked this habit. I had bit my fingernails since 15 years ago. I'm an artiste, so I appear on TV often. I saw myself biting my nails while holding the microphone and thought about it. In 2010, I decided to kick this habit. Firstly, I visited Beauty Salons to trim my nails and apply a shiny transparent nail polish on to them. So I restrained. When I want to bite them, I restrain again. I did this for a month. I kept restraining. Naturally, when I realised that I don't bite my nails anymore, I felt contented. My mom was more surprised than anyone else. Due to this, I have more confidence in showing my hands now. Furthermore, biting fingernails doesn't make one looks good. This is my method of kicking the habit of biting fingernails. I hope that this listener will succeed in 2011.
